Job summary
BroadReach Hospice in Massachusetts is hiring a full-time Hospice Aide to join our compassionate team. This role provides direct patient care in patients' homes and in assisted living or skilled nursing facilities, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Candidates must hold a valid Massachusetts CNA license; experience in home health or hospice is preferred but not required. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, with occasional Saturdays and holiday coverage.
Qualifications
- Massachusetts CNA license required.
- Home health or hospice experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in patients' homes and in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Follow patient-care plan and document care provided.
- Communicate regularly with the nurse case manager.
