Are you a proven leader with experience in both Home Health and Hospice? Acts is looking for an exceptional Administrator to oversee our Pennsylvania-based Hospice, Palliative Care, and Home Health teams.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in both hospice & home health

• Strong operational, clinical, and regulatory expertise

• Leads with heart; and a drive for strategic growth & quality outcomes

• Is ready to shape the future of post-acute care for older adults

• Master's degree is preferred (Nursing, Business, Health Administration, or related field)

Pay Range

$110,210.00 - $137,352.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
