In this role, you will:

1. Lead and direct daily operations of our Hospice, Palliative Care, and Home Health programs
2. Foster a culture of exceptional care and regulatory excellence
3. Drive strategic growth and ensure compliance with industry regulations

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

1. Master’s degree in nursing, business, health administration, or a related field
2. 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in hospice and/or home health
3. Strong knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations governing both hospice and home health

Pay Range

$110,210.00 - $137,352.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
