AMOREM is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to deliver holistic end-of-life care in the home, patient care units, and community settings in North Carolina. • Two to three years nursing experience.
• Active NC RN license and CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing services according to the plan of care.
• Coordinate plan of care with patient/family and hospice team.

• Assess physical, financial, psychological, spiritual, and bereavement needs.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary team and admit appropriate patients.
