• Devote time to quality end-of-life bedside care.

• Provide education to patients and families.
• Maximize hospice medical skills.
• Follow the plan of care set forth.
• Collaborate as part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team.
• Assist patients in completing daily living activities.
• Approach patients and families holistically.
• Have a flexible schedule.

Skills

Current, unrestricted CNA License

Completed CNA certification

Hospice and palliative medicine experience

Up to date CPR certification
