Job summary

Elysian Hospice is seeking a driven Business Development Specialist to lead growth and referral development in the hospice setting. You will build partnerships with referral sources, develop marketing initiatives, and drive patient admissions in the Dallas area.

This field-based role requires hospice experience, strong communication, and the ability to position hospice services within the community. You will collaborate with leadership to capitalize on market opportunities and monitor referral

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hospice business development in a local market.
• Proven track record of admission and census growth.
• Experience with hospitals, SNFs, physician offices, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute BD and marketing strategies to drive hospice admissions and census growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physicians, SNFs, and community organizations.
• Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and in-services to promote hospice services and educate referral partners.
• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities and referral trends within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with leadership to support growth strategies and market expansion initiatives.
• Monitor and manage lead tracking systems, referral pipelines, and conversion ratios.
• Represent Elysian Hospice professionally within the community and healthcare networks.
