Job summary

GBMC HealthCare seeks a Business Development professional to strengthen referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, and residential care communities across Maryland. You will expand knowledge of end-of-life services, promote preferred referrals, and coordinate with internal teams to expedite processes.

The role requires 3+ years in healthcare marketing/sales, strong communication, and the ability to conduct professional presentations for diverse groups in field settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum three years in healthcare settings with physicians, hospitals or care communities.
• Experience in marketing, customer service and sales is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an individual sales plan aligned with annual goals.
• Regularly visit targeted accounts to increase knowledge and use of end-of-life services.
• Lead professional presentations as subject matter expert to diverse audiences.
• Coordinate with Access Dept to expedite referrals and improve satisfaction.
• Enter calls and activity in CRM within 24 hours of visits and analyze feedback.
