Job summary

Choice Hospice, Inc. is hiring a Hospice Business Development Liaison in Conroe, TX to expand referrals and partnerships, driving admissions and awareness of hospice services.

You will build relationships with providers, community organizations, and families, ensure compliant marketing, and collaborate with internal teams for seamless patient transitions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years home health or hospice sales experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Valid Auto Insurance.
• HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish new referral relationships to position Choice Hospice as the provider of choice.
• Grow the agency by serving the elderly, chronically ill, and families, with clinicians' referrals.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal marketing laws.
• Establish public relations programs to interpret services and foster physician/community relations.
• Meet and exceed monthly admission goals.
