Job summary

Choice Hospice, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Hospice Business Development Liaison to expand reach and improve patient access to end-of-life care. You will build relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community organizations to increase admissions and awareness of our services.

This role requires at least 2 years in hospice or home health sales, a valid driver’s license, and insurance. HomeCare HomeBase experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years home health or hospice sales experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• Valid Auto Insurance
• HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Establish new referral relationships, presenting Choice Hospice’s care model to make it the hospice provider of choice
• Ensure growth of the agency through service to the Elderly, Chronic, Seriously Ill, their families, and those clinicians who care for this population
• Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all local, state and federal laws relating to marketing of the agency
• Establish a public relations program to interpret the agency’s services and foster good relations with physicians and community agencies
• Meet and/or exceed admission goals on a monthly basis
