Job summary

Choice Health At Home seeks a Hospice Business Development Liaison in Pflugerville, TX, to expand access to hospice services. This full-time role focuses on building referral networks, representing our care model to physicians and community partners, and driving patient admissions while ensuring compliant marketing practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years home health or hospice sales experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Valid Auto Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish new referral relationships, presenting Choice Hospice’s care model to become the hospice care provider of choice.
• Support agency growth through service to Elderly, Chronic, Seriously Ill, families, and clinicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of and compliance with local, state and federal marketing laws.
• Establish a public relations program to interpret the agency’s services and foster relations with physicians and community agencies.
• Meet and/or exceed admission goals monthly.
