Job summary

Choice Hospice, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Business Development Liaison to expand hospice care within the community, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community organizations to increase patient admissions and awareness of hospice services.

This role is based in Pflugerville, TX. A company vehicle may be provided after 90 days of full-time employment, subject to terms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years home health or hospice sales experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Valid Auto Insurance.
• HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish new referral relationships, presenting Choice Hospice’s care model to become the hospice provider of choice.
• Ensure growth of the agency through service to the elderly, chronically ill, and their families.
• Demonstrate knowledge of and compliance with local, state, and federal laws relating to marketing of the agency.
• Establish a public relations program to interpret the agency’s services and foster good relations with physicians and community agencies.
• Meet and/or exceed admission goals on a monthly basis.
