Job summary

Lifecare-Home-Health-Family-1 in Roswell, GA seeks a Hospice Account Executive / Patient Care Advocate to grow referrals and expand access to end-of-life services. You will partner with physicians, hospitals, and care teams, lead territory development, and drive outreach to connect more patients with our hospice programs.

Responsibilities include building strong relationships, presenting services, coordinating care across the post-acute continuum, and meeting growth targets while maintaining

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Two years' hospice sales or related industry experience with a proven growth record.
• Strong relationship-building with internal and external teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop business partnerships by making effective sales contacts, calls, and presentations.
• Grow and promote hospice programs and services across the territory.
• Maintain professional knowledge of provider services and communicate updates to partners.
• Meet with patients and families to discuss home care options and expectations.
• Coordinate with Intake and care teams to ensure timely referrals and service delivery.
