Job summary

Compassus in Memphis seeks a Hospice Care Consultant to grow our market by building strong relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and referral sources, guiding eligible patients through admission with compassion. The role requires occasional evenings and weekends to ensure timely support.

You will own a book of business, meet weekly goals, and deliver clinical training to partners, while thriving in a team-driven, values-based culture that prioritizes patient care and rapid access

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business preferred
• Five (5) plus years of successful sales experience in relevant roles
• Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales goals
• Experience in Hospice, Home Health, or Healthcare industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by opening new accounts and expanding existing ones
• Secure referrals from physicians, staff, and administrators; partner with operations to ensure rapid admission
• Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and grow productivity
• Cultivate trusted relationships with referral sources using a consultative sales approach
• Provide clinical training and education to referral partners to improve understanding of hospice care
