Job summary

Amedisys is seeking a Hospice Liaison to drive outside sales and business development within a Georgia territory, including Lawrenceville, Buford, Cumming, and Gainesville. The role emphasizes building relationships with hospitals, nursing facilities, and physicians to expand referrals and admissions.

Competitive base pay in the range of $80,000–$85,000 with monthly incentives, plus comprehensive benefits and a mileage-friendly, flexible schedule designed to support community-based care at home.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in healthcare-related business development/outreach.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation, current driver’s license, and liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Educates healthcare professionals, patients, and families about home health and hospice services.
• Develops and maintains relationships with key referral sources to generate leads.
• Coordinates patient admissions with the team and completes referral-to-admission process.
• Conducts on-site visits to assess patient needs and identify barriers to care.
• Keeps accurate records of patient interactions and referrals in CRM.
• Achieves admissions, product, and payor-mix goals.
