Job summary

Amedisys is seeking a Hospice Liaison to drive growth in Newnan and Douglasville. You will educate healthcare professionals, patients, and families on home care services, while building key referral relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, and physician offices.

The role requires about 50% travel within the territory and offers base pay in the $80,000–$85,000 range plus monthly incentives. Amedisys provides robust benefits and a pathway for ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare-related business development/outreach role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Educates health care professionals, patients, and families about home care services.
• Develops and maintains relationships with key referral sources to generate leads.
• Coordinates patient admissions with the team, including obtaining required documentation.
• Conducts on-site visits to assess patient needs and identify barriers to care.
• Keeps accurate records of patient interactions and referrals in CRM.
• Achieves admissions, product, and payor-mix goals.
• Meets short and long-term target account goals.
• Documents the minimum expectation of sales calls daily in CRM.
