Job summary

Gentiva seeks a dynamic Vice President of Business Development – Hospice to lead sales strategy and execution across territories. You will direct teams, build strategic partnerships, and drive census growth in hospice services.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare sales leadership, strong P&L awareness, and experience managing other sales leaders. Expect significant travel and cross-functional collaboration with clinical and operations leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of healthcare sales leadership experience.
• Experience managing other sales leaders.
• Proven success developing growth strategies in hospice or home health.
• Strong budgeting, P&L, and financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospice sales functions across assigned regions.
• Develop and implement sales methodologies to drive census growth.
• Collab orate on sales budgets and strategic growth plans.
• Hire, onboard and train high-performing sales teams.
• Build partnerships through outreach, referrals, and presentations.
