Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Account Executive to grow hospice referrals by building strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and community partners.

You will educate referral sources about hospice services and coordinate with clinical teams to ensure timely, high-quality patient care. The role emphasizes field visits, presentations, and collaborative outreach to expand the referral network while upholding patient comfort, dignity, and families' needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years of proven experience in home health, healthcare sales, or hospice sales.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
• Knowledge of hospice regulations and services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusting relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and community organizations.
• Drive hospice sales by nurturing current relationships and identifying new referral opportunities.
• Conduct presentations and in-services to educate partners on hospice benefits and eligibility.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to develop and carry out community outreach plans.
• Partner with clinical staff to ensure referrals transition smoothly into care while prioritizing patient comfort and dignity.
