Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in marketing, preferably in hospice or healthcare.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to create own leads.
• Able to manage territory with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Generate business by maintaining relationships with physicians and referral sources.
• Prepare and conduct calls and in-service presentations to sources.
• Participate in community programs to promote Ascend services.
• Promote patient privacy, dignity, and well-being.
• Support Hospice philosophy to referral sources in the medical industry.
