Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Marketing experience in healthcare or hospice preferred.
• Willingness to travel to facilities and physician offices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with referral sources and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Generate business by creating new and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and other referral sources.
• Prepare and conduct calls and In service presentations to potential referral sources.
• Participate in community programs, giving presentations to promote Ascend's services.
• Promote an atmosphere of privacy, dignity and well-being for patients.
• Foster positive public relations with patients, families and healthcare providers.
• Support the mission and vision as a resource internally and externally.
