Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, part of Empath Health, seeks a compassionate CNA for PRN duties in Broward County, delivering home and community care from 6:00am to 2:30pm. You will support patients and families, assist with ADLs, and maintain a safe, dignified environment under RN/LPN supervision.

Florida CNA license with current BLS, at least six months in a hospital or healthcare setting, and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Florida CNA license current in the state of Florida.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least six months’ experience in a hospital or healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients in home and community-based settings.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal hygiene and mobility.
