Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, in Broward County is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality care to patients in home and community settings. You will support ADLs, maintain a safe environment, and offer emotional care to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a CNA in Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Six months’ experience in hospital or healthcare settings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care under RN/LPN supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal hygiene.
• Support a clean, safe, and nurturing home care environment.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
