Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, seeks a dedicated CNA to provide in-home care across central Palm Beach County. This per diem position runs 6 am–2:30 pm with weekend availability; bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will deliver direct and indirect care under RN/LPN supervision, assist with ADLs, and help maintain a clean, safe home environment while offering compassionate support to patients and families as part of our Full Life Care commitment.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Six months of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients in home and community settings.
• Assist patients with ADLs, including personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures.
• Maintain a clean, safe and nurturing environment for each patient.
• Offer emotional support to patients and families with kindness and compassion.
