Qualifications

• RN license required and leadership experience in hospice or home health.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on leadership for a hospice program with growth opportunity, accountable for clinical quality, operational performance, and census expansion.
• Promotes quality care and service; uses data to drive improvements.
• Manages human resources, supervision and evaluation of interdisciplinary teams.
• Oversees office operations, plans resources and ensures policy compliance.
• Accounts for financial performance, budgeting and cost controls.
