Qualifications

• RN licensed in the state of residence.
• 3–5 years of leadership or management experience in hospice or healthcare.
• Experience with Medicaid/Medicare regulations and reimbursement.
• Strong understanding of hospice operations and regulatory compliance.
• Able to travel frequently and work independently.
• Effective communicator with decisive time management.
• Proficient with technology and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Administrator on record at assigned hospice agencies.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including staffing, compliance, patient services, and performance improvement.
• Drive clinical quality to meet Medicare Conditions of Participation and state regulations.
• Lead, coach, and support hospice teams to meet patient-centered goals.
• Manage operational budgets with full P&L responsibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders for smooth transitions and team performance.
• Travel up to 100% across the region to provide onsite leadership.
