Interim HealthCare Columbus is seeking a Hospice Administrator / Executive Director (RN) to lead the local branch and ensure the highest quality patient care. You will oversee clinical compliance, operations, and financial performance while maintaining a positive morale and community focus.

As the incumbent, you bring an RN license, a healthcare or business degree, and at least five years of progressive leadership in hospice or related healthcare, with three years in management and proven

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for all aspects of the branch's operations, including clinical compliance, market development, and financial results.
• Create an office environment that maintains a positive morale, conducive to the attainment of personal and business goals.
• Ensure overall compliance with all federal, state and local government laws and regulations as well as Interim HealthCare policies.
• Develop strategic plans for business development and growth of the operating office.
