Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Hospice Administrator RN in Indiana to lead our home health branch and deliver compassionate care with integrity.

The role oversees clinical compliance, market development, and financial performance, ensuring high-quality service to our clients while maintaining an engaging, compliant office environment. Prior hospice management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license and training in healthcare administration.
• 1+ year of management/leadership in healthcare (prefer hospice).
• 3+ years in hospice required.
• Experience with financial statements and profitability of a unit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations including clinical compliance, market development, and finances.
• Create an office environment with positive morale to meet personal and business goals.
• Ensure compliance with laws, Interim HealthCare policies, and procedures.
• Develop strategic plans for business growth of the operating office.
