Interim HealthCare RMC seeks a Hospice Administrator RN to lead the Lawrenceburg, IN branch, overseeing patient services, clinical compliance, and community outreach to ensure comfort and dignity for clients.

The ideal candidate holds a nursing degree with an active RN license and proven management experience in hospice or healthcare administration. You will develop growth plans, manage finances, and mentor a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• A college degree, preferably in nursing, health care or business.
• RN license required.
• Training and experience in healthcare administration.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for all aspects of the branch's operations, including clinical compliance, market development, and financial results.
• Create an office environment that maintains a positive morale, conducive to the attainment of personal and business goals.
• Ensure overall compliance with all federal, state and local government laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Interim HealthCare.
• Develop strategic plans for business development and growth of the operating office.
