Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current license in the applicable state.
• Minimum 1 year of management/supervisory experience.
• 2+ years in hospice/home care preferred (if acting as Admin).
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing; BSN preferred; advanced degree optional.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for a mid-sized hospice program with clinical quality and census goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to accrediting standards.
• Direct budgets, human resources, and office operations.
• Collaborate with Governing Body and community partners.
