Qualifications

• RN licensed to practice in state
• Minimum 1 year management/supervisory experience
• Two or more years in hospice/home care preferred
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in nursing/business preferred
• CPR certification and valid driver’s license

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for a mid-sized hospice program, accountable for clinical quality and operational performance
• Oversee day-to-day operations and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and compliance with regulatory standards
• Manage budgeting, human resources, and community relationships
• Collaborate with Governing Body, referral partners, and leadership teams
• Monitor safety, quality metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead staff development, policy implementation, and performance evaluations
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of services
