Job summary

Hospice Plus is seeking an RN Hospice Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for an assigned hospice location. You will manage interdisciplinary teams, ensure high-quality patient-centered care, and drive performance in alignment with the company’s mission and values.

The role emphasizes leadership development, financial stewardship, community outreach, and collaboration with the Governing Body and referral partners.

Qualifications

• RN with associate’s degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on leadership for a hospice program with growth opportunity and accountability for clinical quality and census expansion.
• Demonstrates commitment to excellence through quality care and service.
• Promotes and monitors compliance with accrediting, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
• Manages human resources, budgets, and office operations in collaboration with the Administrator.
• Ensures documentation and communication with Governing Body and partners.
