Concho Hearts Hospice is seeking an experienced Hospice Executive Director/Marketer to build and lead your own location, grow your team, and develop strong community partnerships in Sugar Land, Texas.

You will establish referral relationships, educate partners about hospice services, and oversee operations to drive census growth with support from a seasoned Home Office leadership team.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing experience.
• Proven ability to develop referral relationships and grow hospice census.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Hospice operations and regulatory knowledge preferred.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of owning a market.
• Passion for providing exceptional end-of-life care.

At Concho Hearts Hospice, our leaders have the support of an experienced Home Office team while still having the autonomy to lead, grow, and make their location successful.
