Job summary

Concho Hearts Hospice in Baytown, TX, seeks an experienced Hospice Executive Director/Marketer to build and lead a new location, develop a strong team, and grow meaningful community partnerships.

You will work to educate referral partners about hospice services, meet with patients and families, and partner with clinical leadership to ensure smooth transitions into hospice care. This role drives census growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing experience required.
• Proven ability to develop referral relationships and grow hospice census.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Hospice operations and regulatory knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop your hospice team.
• Establish and grow referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and community partners.
• Conduct community outreach and educate referral partners about hospice services.

We're looking for an experienced Hospice Executive Director/Marketer who is ready for more than just another leadership position. At Concho Hearts Hospice, our leaders have the support of an experienced Home Office team while still having the autonomy to lead, grow, and make their location successful.

What You'll Do:

• Build, lead, and develop your hospice team.
