Job summary

Concho Hearts Hospice in Brownwood, TX, seeks an Executive Director/Marketer to build your own hospice location, develop a team, and grow community partnerships. You’ll work with an experienced Home Office team while leading operations and outreach to families in the service area.

The role emphasizes market ownership, referral development, and delivering compassionate end-of-life care, with a competitive salary and performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing experience.
• Proven ability to develop referral relationships and grow hospice census.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Hospice operations and regulatory knowledge preferred.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of a market.
• Passion for providing exceptional end-of-life care.

Responsibilities

At Concho Hearts Hospice, our leaders have the support of an experienced Home Office team while still having the autonomy to lead, grow, and make their location successful.
