Job summary

Concho Hearts Hospice in League City, TX, is hiring an Executive Director/Marketer for a Full-Time role with an annual salary of $80,000–$85,000 plus a performance bonus. You will build and lead a hospice location, develop your team, grow community partnerships, and drive census growth while supported by an experienced Home Office team.

The role combines leadership with market development, offering autonomy to grow your location and impact patient and family care in the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing experience.
• Proven ability to develop referral relationships and grow census.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop your hospice team.
• Establish and grow referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and community partners.
• Conduct community outreach and educate referral partners about hospice services.
• Meet with patients and families to explain hospice care and services.
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure smooth transitions into hospice care.
• Oversee daily branch operations, quality, and compliance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of your team.

At Concho Hearts Hospice, our leaders have the support of an experienced Home Office team while still having the autonomy to lead, grow, and make their location successful.

What You'll Do:
