Job summary

Concho Hearts Hospice is seeking a Hospice Executive Director/Marketer to build and lead a new location in New Braunfels, TX. You will develop a team, forge referral partnerships, and drive community outreach to grow hospice census while delivering compassionate end-of-life care.

You will work with an experienced Home Office team but retain autonomy to shape operations, quality, and partnerships at the local level.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing experience.
• Proven ability to develop referral relationships and grow census.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Hospice operations and regulatory knowledge preferred.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to take ownership of a market.
• Passion for providing exceptional end-of-life care.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop your hospice team.
• Establish and grow referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and community partners.
• Conduct community outreach and educate referral partners about hospice services.
• Meet with patients and families to explain hospice care and services.
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure smooth transitions into hospice care.
• Oversee daily branch operations, quality, and compliance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of your team.
• Maintain strong relationships throughout the community.
• Drive business development and sustainable census growth.

At Concho Hearts Hospice, our leaders have the support of an experienced Home Office team while still having the autonomy to lead, grow, and make their location successful.
