Concho Hearts Hospice in Uvalde, TX is seeking an experienced Hospice Executive Director/Marketer to build and lead a new location, develop your team, and expand community partnerships while delivering compassionate end-of-life care.

You will establish referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, and facilities, oversee daily operations, ensure quality and compliance, and drive census growth with support from a local/home office leadership team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hospice marketing experience.
• Ability to develop referral relationships and grow census.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of hospice operations and regulatory aspects preferred.

Responsabilités

At Concho Hearts Hospice, our leaders have the support of an experienced Home Office team while still having the autonomy to lead, grow, and make their location successful.

What You'll Do:

• Build, lead, and develop your hospice team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing experience required.
• Proven ability to develop referral relationships and grow hospice census.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Hospice operations and regulatory knowledge preferred.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of a market.
• Passion for providing exceptional end-of-life care.
