Job summary

Concho Hearts Hospice is seeking an experienced Hospice Executive Director/Marketer to build and lead a new location in Mineral Wells, TX. You will recruit and develop a team, cultivate referral partnerships with hospitals and physicians, and engage the community to grow census while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

The role offers autonomy with support from a Home Office and a competitive base salary of $80,000–$85,000 plus a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing experience.
• Proven ability to develop referral relationships and grow hospice census.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Hospice operations and regulatory knowledge preferred.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of a market.
• Passion for providing exceptional end-of-life care.
