Job summary

Concho Hearts Hospice in Corsicana, Texas seeks an experienced Hospice Executive Director/Marketer to build and lead a new location, grow a high-performing team, and forge strong community partnerships.

You will drive referrals, educate partners about hospice services, and work with clinical leadership to ensure smooth patient transitions while overseeing operations and compliance. This role offers leadership autonomy with home office support and a competitive salary plus a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing experience required.
• Proven ability to develop referral relationships and grow hospice census.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Hospice operations and regulatory knowledge preferred.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of a market.
• Passion for providing exceptional end-of-life care.

At Concho Hearts Hospice, our leaders have the support of an experienced Home Office team while still having the autonomy to lead, grow, and make their location successful.
