Qualifications

• Leadership experience as Hospice Executive Director or senior healthcare leader.
• RN licensure strongly preferred.
• Proven success in hospice operations, compliance, and business development.
• Knowledge of Medicare hospice regulations and state requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience managing budgets and outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing/Healthcare Admin; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for hospice operations.
• Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and accreditation.
• Partner with clinical leadership and community organizations.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain a high-performing team.
• Foster a culture of compassion and excellence.
• Analyze metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Serve as ambassador for Castle Hospice.
