Qualifications

• Leadership experience as Hospice Executive Director or senior healthcare leader.
• RN licensure strongly preferred.
• Proven success in hospice operations, compliance, and business development.
• Knowledge of Medicare hospice regulations and state requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience managing budgets and outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing/Healthcare Admin; Master's preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for hospice operations, ensuring exceptional patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives to expand services and strengthen community presence.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local hospice regulations and accreditation standards.
• Partner with clinical leadership, medical directors, referral sources, and community organizations to enhance patient care and business development efforts.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain a high-performing interdisciplinary team.
• Foster a culture of compassion, accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
• Analyze operational and quality metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and continued growth.
• Serve as an ambassador for Castle Hospice throughout the community and healthcare network.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a Hospice Executive Director, Administrator, or similar senior healthcare leadership role.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in hospice operations, regulatory compliance, business development, and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of Medicare hospice regulations, state requirements, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational outcomes.
• Passion for providing compassionate end-of-life care and supporting patients, families, and staff.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
