Job summary

Castle Hospice, part of Castle Senior Living, Inc., seeks an experienced Hospice Executive Director to lead our hospice operations with a focus on compassionate end-of-life care and strategic growth. The role requires strong regulatory knowledge and oversight of staffing and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have RN licensure preferred, a nursing or healthcare administration background, and a track record of guiding teams through regulatory changes while maintaining high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement strategic plans to promote growth and sustainability of the hospice program.
• Oversee budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing hospice care.
• Collaborate with medical directors, clinical staff, and community partners to enhance patient services.
• Lead, mentor, and develop staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Represent the hospice in community outreach and public relations efforts.
