Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of Home Health or Hospice experience.
• 1 year experience with Health Care information system.
• California RN license required upon hire.
• CA driver's license and auto insurance required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver healthcare education programs.
• Schedule and conduct diverse training sessions for staff.
• Act as clinical expert for home care automated record system and on-call duties.
• Participate in orientation and onboarding of new clinical staff and leadership roles.
