Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing required on hire.
• 3-5 years of clinical experience on hire.
• Registered Nurse license in California on hire.
• CPR/BLS-CPR required on hire.
• ACLS and PALS certifications on hire.

Responsibilities

• Design, organize, implement, and evaluate evidence-based educational programs and orientations.
• Develop comprehensive perioperative education with measurable objectives and competencies.
• Conduct ongoing needs assessments and coordinate training for staff.
• Serve as instructor for new hires, in-services, and specialty training.
• Collaborate with Perioperative leadership to align education with strategic goals.
