Job summary

390 Hospice of Washington County is seeking an experienced RN educator and expert practitioner to support field staff and nursing leaders in advancing evidence-based practice. This role requires collaboration across departments, leadership in education programs, and a focus on hospice and end-of-life care.

The ideal candidate has a BSN (preferred), Maryland RN license, and CHPN preferred, with at least two years of RN experience in a relevant clinical area.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland RN license; CHPN preferred.
• Two years RN experience in relevant clinical area.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teaches and coaches Nurses and Hospice aides in best practices for patient and family care.
• Leads accreditation activities and collaborates across departments.
• Preceptor for nursing students and collaborates with local nursing programs.
• Develops and maintains clinical reference tools and standard works for staff.
