Qualifications

• At least three years of healthcare management experience within the last five years.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day hospice operations and liaison with the regional director.
• Own budgeting, financial performance, and goal achievement; produce statements.
• Ensure compliant billing and collections; oversee QAPI processes and reporting.
• Lead recruitment, retention, and supervision of staff and volunteers.
• Manage contracts for inpatient and respite care and evaluate vendors.
