Transitions Hospice in Worthington, OH seeks an experienced Administrator to lead the location's operations, finances, compliance, staffing, culture, and outcomes. You will shape strategy and ensure the highest quality of care while advancing financial performance.

You'll own full scope of hospice operations, drive regulatory alignment, team development, and interdisciplinary care coordination, with accountability for patient and family experience at life's most meaningful moments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Significant leadership experience in hospice, home health, or related healthcare setting.
• Strong command of healthcare compliance, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, drive operational performance, and lead diverse teams.
• Leadership style balancing accountability with genuine care for staff and patients.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Understanding hospice care and services provided to patient and family/caregiver through an interdisciplinary group.
• Intimate knowledge of Medicare Hospice Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning and budget development for financial stability.
• Monitor performance against measurable outcomes and adjust strategy.

• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and ensure effective communication across the organization.
