Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Liaison to generate patient referrals by building and sustaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing and home care partners in the Austin area.

You will develop and implement marketing plans, monitor budgets, and coordinate with the Director of Business Development to meet volume projections while upholding Vesper Hospice branding and service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• At least three years’ experience in health care marketing, preferably in hospice care operations.
• Ability to work independently to meet targets and build relationships in communities.
• Strong communication, negotiation and public relations skills.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generate business by building relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community groups.
• Prepare and conduct presentations for physicians, businesses, and local groups.
• Assist in setting annual volume projections and marketing budgets.
• Monitor resources and implement a comprehensive marketing plan.
• Maintain positive external perceptions of The Pennant Group and its hospice services.
• Document physician visits, referrals, and customer interactions; minimum weekly activity targets.
