Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc.–Nova Hospice is seeking a Community Liaison to generate patient referrals by building professional relationships with physicians, hospitals, and care facilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Two+ years of health care marketing experience, hospice preferred.
• Ability to work independently to grow targets and relationships in the community.

Responsibilities

• Generate business by building and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, and referral sources.
• Distribute and conduct sales and educational presentations for clinicians and local groups.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to meet volume projections.
• Communicate with clients and teams to provide proactive, problem-solving support.
• Maintain positive relationships with referral and payer sources.
• Document visits, referrals, and communications with sources and patients.
• Maintain alignment of messaging and branding with the company culture.
• Support market assessments and strategic opportunities for service expansion.
• Gain thorough knowledge of Home Health, Palliative Care, and Hospice markets.
