Job summary

CONTINUUM CARE HOSPICE, LLC seeks a Community Liaison to lead marketing efforts, build referral networks, and represent the organization at community events. You will collaborate with leadership to strategize, manage budgets, and drive outreach in the Hawaii region.

The role requires healthcare marketing experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic community setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• At least three years of health care marketing management experience, hospice preferred.
• Ability to market aggressively and interact tactfully with customers and the community.
• Strong communications, negotiation and public relations skills.
• Shows autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in duties.
• Healthcare marketing experience, hospice/home care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily marketing activities with the Administrator on marketing initiatives.
• Monitor resource allocation according to budget constraints.
• Develop marketing plans to meet budgeted volume projections.
• Employ marketing initiatives to achieve budget targets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral and payer sources.
• Shape perceptions of CONTINUUM CARE HOSPICE, LLC as a high-quality provider.
• Contribute to strategic planning and service opportunity assessments.
• Maintain market knowledge of agencies, payers and competitors.
• Share marketing knowledge with organization personnel.
• Assist customers in accessing community resources when needed.
• Monitor and report cost effectiveness of marketing efforts.
