Sanctuary Hospice in Cincinnati is seeking a Community Liaison (Hospice Marketer / Sales Representative) to build trust-based relationships with referral sources, physicians, and healthcare partners. You will promote our hospice services, drive census growth, and serve as a compassionate ambassador for our team.

The role requires a minimum of two years in healthcare sales/marketing, with hospice experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license for regional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred; others considered with experience.
• Minimum two years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare required; hospice/palliative marketing preferred.
• Experience establishing relationships with physicians, healthcare staff and accounts.
• Ability to grow referral networks and drive census growth.
• Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation and valid license.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to strengthen collaboration.
• Serve as a passionate advocate for hospice services through regular outreach.
• Grow presence by positioning Sanctuary Hospice as provider of choice in the service area.
• Drive referral growth through visits with physicians, discharge planners, SNFs, social workers.
• Support patients and families by guiding initial conversations about hospice care.
